I Wore It-Black to a Wedding

I guess I'm the only one who didn't know that it was okay to wear black to an evening wedding. I posted & you all answered with an overwhelming, "Wear It!"

so here it is...

i loved the top part of the dress...

To my surprise, TONS of people were wearing black!

It was a gorgeous outside wedding at the Dana Point Marriott on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. The bride was absolutely breathtaking!

see the sun setting behind the bride & groom?

It was such a fun wedding-they even had a picture booth with dress up stuff! They put one set of pics in a photo album for the wedding couple & the guests kept the other ones.

Such a fun idea to capture your guests enjoying themselves...

it clicked so fast it took a few tries to get it right!

I won the center piece...

just the flowers, but aren't they amazing?

Thanks again for your advice...my vintage dress was a hit!

AMAZING! That dress is so feminine.. reminds a little of Dolce and Gabbana's SS 2011 collection, inspired by the mediterranean vibe.. don't you think?:)

That dress was made just for you, 'cause it suits you perfectly. I am sure you were the star from the wedding (apart from the couple).
The center piece is lovely too!
Have a great day babe!

sei bellissima with that dress! it is perfect on you and it it perfect for a evening wedding.

In Italy there is a way of saying that sounds like this: if you are a gorgeous woman you can even wear a potato sac that you'll look beautiful anyway!!!!

and this apply to you!

Look at you, minding your mommy by "wowing the crowds"! ;o) Honey, you looked absolutely beautiful!!! Hey, Anthony looked so sad in the last picture of the two of you though---did he want to wear the dress? Congrats on winning that awesome centerpiece! Too bad it wasn't artificial---darn! At the last wedding reception we went to (two months ago), they had the photo booth too. Really a fun and cute idea. Everyone pasted their photos in the book and wrote a little "Congrats," or whatever with the pictures. A fun remembrance for the couple years from now. (We got to keep a copy too.) Love and miss you. Mommy

You are such a beautiful and attractive woman that whatever you wear it fits you great. As for your black dress, it is beautiful. In my opinion, black dress is for any occasion so you can never go wrong with that choice.
